When It Rains.....

But Hubby found out yesterday that his job is going as of March. As one "friend" said, there are people more unfortunate out there. But my February has been one shithole of a month. Come on March!

That's horrible news to receive, especially if it was unexpected. It must be such a worry for you. Fingers crossed he finds another job soon.

Sorry about your husband's job, but great to hear about your mother.

You're so right about the rain. Hope the clouds roll away soon.

You'll do fine, we've managed this far without Hubby working... I'm sure he will find another job shortly, and things will be all sun-shiney again for you all! Best wishes to you and yours!

Oh no wakeup, you really didn't need to hear that, did you? But I suppose at least you know where you are now and can start planning - or something. Time to book yourself a destressing massage I think. That or a bottle of wine - or both!

With friends like that....
Yep you could be selling the big issue...
Not helpful, at all.
No point in saying anything else as I'm sure you don't want any more platitudes!

chrisb: Thank you. He's been looking already, pretty bleak out there.

queeny: And yet weatherwise, this was the sunniest February here on record. Go figure.

rosie: You're right. The news about my mother was wonderful.

laurie: Yep, we've been waiting for this for some time. Still, the way they did it was not quite kosher.

kaycie: This could be the best thing to ever happen to my husband. I hope.

valleys mam: Good luck to you. I'm looking into self employment as well.

aoj: Thank you. I'm crossing my toes as well.

jenny: You are such an inspiration! And I hope your hubby gets good news soon.

flowerpot: I was thinking a massage would be just the thing.

pixie: Sometimes people don't know what to say, do they? That's why I never tell my family what's going on with me.

Sorry to hear about your latest bad news. I'm sure March can't continue in the same vein.
