Somebody call 911 or 999 quick. Some crimes of fashion are being committed as I write.
These are back in style. Yes, the harem pants, which make you look as though you've dropped a load in your trousers.
And these:
And these:
What will be next? This?
Or this?
Or even this?
Where are the Fashion Police when you need them?

walking round liverpool checking on the tans of the women there!!!
xx
Harem Pants? WTF?
Fire Byrd: I didn't notice many orange tans. But maybe I'm so used to it, I don't even register it anymore.
MikeH: Yeah, I know.
Yay!!! (Just kidding - did I look horrendous or what).
Post thought - We could dare each other to post photos of our 80's fashion looks???
The one I'm quite interested in is the re-introduction of the one-piece trouser thing. In England we used to call it a boiler suit. This time round it's a lot more relaxed, silky and glam but Im dying to try one on, just to see. They are very comfy but on a 40-plus, plus it'll probably look like a sheet.
those harem pants are just dire arent they?!
My final sentence made me sound like I'm a 40+ plus. I'm really a size US 8. Not that it matters, the one-piece thing would still look hideous.
oh yeah, all that and more, lol
Expatmum: I wore one of those quite successfully in the 80s, but would think twice now. Why? If you're out having a drink or two or three and you suddenly need the loo.... You get my drift? And I've seen pix of you on Facebook and I bet you're actually a size 6.
Flowerpot: They're a crime!
Darthman: Nice to see you're still around.
Dropped a load in your trousers... Thats EXACTLY what it looks like!
I was definetly dressing like the material girl back in school. My roommate and I would check each other over to make sure we had the look right before heading out the door.
As for the harem pants-- they only remind me of mc hammer-- hammertime! :o)
Dave: It would have to be a horseload though.
Jenny: But would you want to be a material girl again? There's no originality in the fashion world anymore. It's all revivals of past eras.
OMG! yikes!
